Products

Athlacore sells personal beauty tools and at-home cosmetic devices. We make every effort to display the colors and features of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate. All product descriptions and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice.

Health & Safety

Athlacore beauty devices are intended for cosmetic use only and are not medical devices. They are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Before using any Athlacore product, please consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, are pregnant, have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, have a heart condition, have recently undergone facial surgery, have broken or irritated skin in the contact area, or have any other health concern. Discontinue use and consult a professional if you experience discomfort, irritation, or any adverse reaction. Always follow the instructions provided in the user guide. Athlacore products are not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported (including GBP, USD, and EUR) and converted automatically at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud-prevention systems. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Warranty

Every Athlacore product is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, email support@athlacore.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Athlacore LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of the Site, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athlacore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly provided in our limited 2-year warranty above. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athlacore LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
