Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Athlacore product. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original condition, unused and undamaged
- In the original packaging with all included accessories
- Returned within 60 days of the delivery date
Items returned in a condition that prevents resale (heavily worn, missing parts, or damaged by misuse) may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email support@athlacore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us — returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times for your bank or card issuer may add additional days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for a different variant, please contact us at support@athlacore.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@athlacore.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been used or worn against the skin may not be returnable unless defective. Gift cards and clearance items are also non-returnable.
